22/10/10 - Lahore Office Student Wins Presentation Contest
Mr. Talha Gul Khan, a student at the Lahore Office, was awarded the 1st position for his outstanding presentation on "Poverty Alleviation in Pakistan".
The inter-firm presentation contest was organized by ICAP and attended by the President of Pakistan.
Mr.Khan was competing against 13 individuals from 8 firms.
AHLN was represented by Mr. Talha Gul Khan and Mr. Abdullah Butt.

14/02/11 - Lahore Audit Manager adds CISA to qualifications
Rahat Ali Shah, ACA, the Audit Manager at the Lahore office recently attempted and cleared the CISA examination and added the CISA qualification to his portfolio. He attained 581 marks in the examination, the passing were 450. |

01/12/2012 - Inter-office transfer of partners
An inter office transfer of partners has taken place effective 1st December 2012.
Syed Ali Adnan Tirmizey, from Faisalabad, has been transferred to Lahore to replace Syed Naveed Abbas who has been transferred to Islamabad to take charge as a dedicated Partner for traditional services.

28/02/2013 - Presentation given by Mr.Adnan Tirmizey
Our partner at the Lahore office, Syed Ali Adnan Tirmizey, gave a presentation on the salient features of S.R.O 98(I)/2013 dated 14th February, 2013 and S.R.O 154(I)/2013 dated 28th February, 2013 to the members of the All Pakistan Textile Processing Mills Association (APTPMA) in Faisalabad on 2nd March 2013.
The seminar was arranged by APTPMA, Faisalabad Region. It was a well-attended presentation in which more than 150 members of the APTPMA were present.
A memento was given to Mr. Tirmizey by Chairman, APTPMA. |

25/03/13 - Ethics Workshop in Faisalabad
Head of Ethics and Independence Mr. Hamid Masood - FCA arranged One Day Ethics Workshop at Faisalabad on March 25, 2013.
The workshops included presentation by Head of Ethics and Independence on “Overview of the Code of Ethics”, presentation by Mr. Ali Adnan Tirmizey (Partner Lahore office) on “RSM Ethics and Independence policies”, presentation by Mr. Inam ul Haque (Partner Faisalabad office) on “Fundamental Principles of Objectivity and Professional Behavior and Conceptual Framework Approach to Independence and presentation by Mr. Attique Shahid (Manager Faisalabad office) on Fundamental Principles of Integrity, Professional Competence and Due Care and Confidentiality.
The workshop also included two interactive group discussion sessions covering scenario based exercises and case studies. The workshop was attended by professional staff from the three major offices of the Firm, i:e; Lahore, Islamabad and Faisalabad and was highly appreciated by the participants. |

23/03/13 - Tape Ball Cricket Contest - Faisalabad Office
The Audit Staff of Faisalabad office arranged 8 over Tape Ball Cricket Contest on March 23, 2013 followed by lunch.
Mr. Inam ul Haque (Partner Faisalabad office) and Mr. Attique Shahid (Manager Faisalabad office) also
participated in the contest.
Three teams were constituted and were named
as ALPHA led by Mr. Inam ul Haque, BRAVO led by Mr. Usman Ali (Audit Supervisor) and CHARLIE led by Mr. Attique Shahid. Total of three 8 over per innings matches were played and team BRAVO won the contest. |
